I suspect the broom pusher regrets not paying more attention in class....

This is how the old school deal with a local newly elevated jobsworth when he tries to invade an Englishman's abode..

I don't disagree with you, but the experience of a colleague tells me that these people exercise zero tolerance even when the offender is picking up something they have dropped accidentally.

Littering is disgusting, but fining people for accidentally dropping something out of their pocket is just daft.

That is just daft. No litter, no need to pay people to do the job, more money for libraries, street lighting and schools.

I wonder how much the street cleaner has to put up with day to day, this could be the straw that broke his back. We all have our pride, and I think many of us would struggle to turn the other cheek when people are littering a place that you just worked hard to tidy up.

It didn't take long for you to get to the end destination "Is this what our soldiers died to protect". Sanctimonious garbage.

All I`m saying is,its no good employing a guy with at least half a brain and an obvious OCD condition to sweep the streets in the day time around the public!!
They are paid to clean the streets..NOT POLICE THEM!

What happened before the video started running? Did, for example, the yobbo who threw litter on the streets that people died fighting for (see what I did there?) goad the street cleaner? Do you have an ability to think outside of the picture that you have seen?

Also, this subject has deviated somewhat. Where I am agreeing with you is where public companies are employing people on a basic wage that is supplemented by bonuses for every ticket they write. As I say (and this is purely anecdotal), I know a person who was fined for dropping something that they immediately picked up.

As for "OCD condition", I've been looking everywhere for someone to help me with my own condition and we seemingly have an expert among us. What luck!

Yes,I have the ability of spotting a faked and staged youtube video when I see one.
There are obviously one or two on here that bite too easily..
It was a bloody good laugh while it lasted but now I`m getting a bit bored.
