I met my current Filipina wife through one of the dating sites when I was 60 years old (now 66).

She is now aged 32 years, and our son is almost 3 years old .

You only have one life. Live it ! :like:

Personally I think we westerners are more concerned about the age difference that the Filipinas. There is 21 years between me and my beauty. I think it's been me that's raised it as a conversation topic she has never done so. love is love is love.

No you are definitely not too old , don't think that .
There are many Filipinas who won't be bothered by age or age difference , other things are more important to them ( no not just money )

Go find yourself a nice lady , as many on this forum have done , many who are older than you ( cough )

I'm 70, wife 34. It's not just being fit and athletic. You have to be the sort of person who enjoys life, Filipinos love to laugh. Don't be a miserable old git, like so may expats I see around town.

Talking about miserable old gits, have you surveyed the scene outside the French Baker in Gaisano Mall, Talisay (Cebu)? Seated outside this establishment on any day of the week, you will find members of the Expat Oggling Circle, almost all of whose members just happen to be American. Many are dressed in the uniform of a "wife-beater" singlet (frequently beer-stained), below knee-length cargo shorts, flip-flops and a baseball cap advertising Walmart; their faces tend not to have regular visits from a Gillette blade or their armpits a deodorant. They sit for hours, each nursing a bottle of water or a half-finished cup of (now cold) coffee in the hopes that they will attract a passing female. The really creepy ones sit close to the escalator "upskirting" the pretty young things as they ascend to an upper floor. The fact that they are there day after day indicates the success rate of this particular venture!

Well I've spoke to a lot on another site , and they seem not only beautiful, but very loyal and happy people and have a different view to marriage and feel that most you could trust with your life, just the way it seems instilled in them from a young age perhaps, and to have a relationship with one , I feel would be a great honour.

and the only way you will do that is to marry one. have you researched the costs involved in getting a spouse settlement visa ?

Personally I always feel it is better to see people as individuals rather than base opinion purely on nationality.
