Are you saying that anybody who has a consultancy role, earns money from making speeches, or acts to balance an international funds portfolio (which I assume Jacob plays some part in managing) is receiving dirty money??

No idea who Kawczynski is, but 6,000 quid is not a large amount when working for a billionaire.

And you claim that all of these are declared "In the MP's register of interests", so how can it be "dirty money", how can it be "bungs"?

Let's not ignore the real problem of MP's who benefit directly or indirectly from the EU and are willing to sell our country down the river to a foreign power, in order to feather their own nests.

It eould be nice if it were a new game. It won't be because too many on the Remain side are determined to overturn the 2016 result.
Are you suggesting that everyone who voted Leave is from the far right? So does that mean that the few million Labour voters who voted Leave are actually far right in disguise? :D

No, but a politician receiving money from groups who they then campaign for is immoral. Not just a Brexit issue, but it has certainly highlighted it.

Is that a real problem, or one that has been invented?

Which MPs benefit from the EU? Why is it a foreign power? Britain has (or had, until Johnson & Co turned us into a laughing stock) huge influence in the EU. Tell me all the rules imposed on Britain against its will.

If Nigel, as an MEP, was so principled, he'd decline or donate his salary to charity.

Which would be impossible if over half the electorate supported No Deal or the half baked plan that May has produced.

I'm totally willing to accept that there is still a huge chance that Leave wins a 2nd vote.

No. Was referring to the major Leave commentators on this forum who idolise Yaxley-Lennon, Condell and Goddard rather than the populace as a whole.

Like a circle, the far left and far right join together on this issue.

The following Guardian article details a few who are receiving millions in farm subsidies.

And let's not forget the Kinnock clan, and all the other troughers hanging onto ginormous EU pensions.

    You are kidding, right? o_O

Ok. I'm not too worried about farming and agriculture subsidies so long as the produce enters the food chain.

It's probably a legacy of our feudal land ownership system whereby a bunch of dumb toffs own much of the land which is farmed. However, whilst I don't know the figures, my assumption would be that ordinary farmers benefit greatly from the CAP.

I'm the last one to care about the Kinnocks having once punched a drunk Neil in the face.

However, again, a legacy of worldwide politics is that families do get over represented. This goes for the Churchills, Benns, Blairs etc. I don't begrudge most MPs or MEPs their pension, although it should be means tested (not a minimum wage scale, obviously).

Absolutely not. It is a multi national power to which we have our own elected members and huge influence. Tell me, when was the last time you voted for WTO elections?

First and foremost, Parliament makes our rules. As we all know too well on this forum, immigration and border control is very much under the jurisdiction of Parliament. A European Court can sometimes hold Parliament to account which is a good thing.

Shame on you for labeling some members of this forum of being "far right".
    Disgraceful behavior IMO.

Oh boo hoo! You probably cried when Donald Tusk called out the charlatans who led Brexit without a plan of where to go.

Considering there was a thread not long ago with actual debate about whether Yaxley-Lennon was a "patriot" or some such nonsense, I feel quite comfortable in labelling those people who lauded that little squirt as "far right."

Your post is just another load of the one sided, high level EU dogma that demonstrates exactly why the British people voted decisively to leave the EU.

If you are on "drunken jousting" terms with Neil Kinnock and his mates, you are well in with the political EU crowd, and totally out of touch with the public.

I would rather that my future was led by a strong democratic leader like Tommy, than by Donald Tusk and a little squit like you.
