Hi all, I trust everyone is well. I am delighted to report that my fiancee and I are now married, and have returned from a "mini-moon" exploring NE England. So, now we must press on to apply for her first real visa! First question: Should I include the GWF number from her Settlement/fiance application? I am guessing that, strictly speaking, that wasn't a 'remain' visa, so I should leave this part blank - but thought I'd better check! Thank you
congratulations on getting hitched. as regards your question--there is a reference number on her visa---i think. have a look.
Congratulations look on your success letter for the words "our reference" that is the one you want it will tie in this application with previous application
Hi @Mattecube. We never received a success letter. My [at the time] fiancee just received her passport (with the entry clearance visa) via courier.
There's the actual visa number on the visa itself. Or do you mean a reference on the parcel? I'm guessing that's long been disposed of.
On the FLR(M) form, there is a question: Your immigration history - conditions of entry Are you currently in the UK on Temporary Admission, Temporary Release or Immigration bail? YES / NO? Is the Entry Clearance / fiance settlement visa classed as "Temporary Admission"?
