    City and Liverpool again, Chelsea and Spurs making up the top 4. Arsenal and United fighting for 5th place.

    Better for us to make predictions just before the season starts when we can see what has happened in the transfer market.
    I am saying this as a toffee supporter because if Everton do well with new signings, I expect us to be in the top six.

    The transfer ban has begun, Dom; Chelsea are banned from signing players during the next two transfer windows until the end of January 2020.

    Everton to do well ,word on the street up here on Merseyside is they need only 2 or 3 players in to be top 6
