You can check-in online 24hrs before flight at Cathay Pacific and you can choose a seat without cost.
But in Heathrow T3 experienced last May self checkin, print your own boarding pass, and drop your own luggage.

I used to walk out the door and down the hill to this

which was a 15 minute taxi ride to Glasgow Airport generally with that view for most of the way, I always loved coming back home to that view as well.

I don't have to walk anywhere, that is my beach lot. Beach house will be finished in about 2 months.

Yep that would be nice :)

I can't walk to that location in my picture anymore because it is several hundred miles away and I'm now stuck in a village miles from the coast :(

And of course in Scotland there was little or no chance of setting foot in the Clyde and surviving :D although people did walk on the sands sometimes.

Malcolm being further south actually has a beach that he could use.

i dont think ive actually set foot on that sand since i moved here 3 years back. i kind of took it for granted.

this one however is sandown, on the south side of the island. i rented this 7th floor apartment right on the seafront after i sold my house to free up the cash for sponsorship

It looks fantastic but it also looks like those beach houses in the USA where the sea comes in one day and washes them away.

    It is lovely though!

I like the hammock's but my back would never survive one :)

That's not the actual house, its the model I am basing it on. Our beach has a reasonable slope, house is probably 3m above the high water mark. Yes I know, tsunami, a hazard we live with in most of Asia.

Looks beautiful until you notice your nuts shrink in the UK`s poxy weather temps.
The beaches in Cornwall are my favourite all time summer holiday locations..
    Note: I said summer.
In the UK,you never know if there will be such a thing.

Meanwhile,I`ll suffer with what I have to deal with here day in day out..
The silly buggers are offering as much Heineken as you can drink for two sodding hours here for 250.00 Peso..
    Must be desperate IMO.
