You mean amongst certain ethnic groups, the met even have their own operation Trident to combat it,not areas GROUPS or to be more accurate black gangs.

Because you show your hand pretty clearly and pretty regularly. For some reason, you were welcomed onto this forum with open arms by some people. For me, you've pretty much wrecked it from being the useful place it once was.

There is a list of unsafe cities Birmingham tops it Manchester and Sheffield and Leicester are in there with London 4th.
Edinburgh is seen as the safest.

For all the issues London has, it's still a great city with a tremendous tourist pull.

I don't agree with the views being expressed in this thread Graham but I have always enjoyed reading his posts way back in the past and he was someone we hoped would one day join.

Sadly subjects like this one can bring out some pretty unpalatable opinions, I would prefer that topics like this didn't degenerate into a slanging match but that seems to be almost inevitable on the internet these days :(

I have probably covered more of the Philippines geographically and have more real world experience of the PI than Maharg,in fact I would put cash on the fact, and expect to collect the winnings, but as you said some subjects lots of people have diverging views upon :)

    What an absolute crock of.

Accept it. MOST ordinary citizens of the UK are getting pretty pissed off with what is being done to their country by immigrants of one sort or another.
Live in your cloud-cuckoo land if you wish, but don't try to deny others the freedom to share their thoughts on such matters.

It's the opening post and it has a picture.

So is "slightly battered" somehow ok, and does their being lesbians somehow make it more justifiable.

And maybe the fact that neither lady is British means we shouldn't care about this kind of thing.

    Appalling!

happened on 30 May and one of the ladies posted it on Facebook first and it was picked up from there
no descriptions given yet cctv on every London bus
by all accounts the ladies were having a good old snog on the bus when approached

Does it make the attack right no no no

When I was growing up Glasgow was known as stab city, casual violence could come from anywhere and it came from fellow Scots, brutal ignorant s***s.

I was a afraid to walk the streets at any time of day in my home town the threat of violence was always there.

Glasgow is still apparently viewed as one of the 10 most dangerous cities in Europe https://www.glasgowlive.co.uk/news/glasgow-news/glasgow-one-most-dangerous-cities-12413140

Violent dangerous aggressive people exist everywhere and always have.

of course--what you say is spot on.
what i was alluding to--is to take away the criminal side of drug addiction. by making such drugs freely avaiable to registered drug addicts--together with rehab where appropriate and timely--it would do a lot to reduce the crimes associated with the addiction. ok--the sale of pimped up beemers would be hit--but thats an added benefit. the organised supply of illegal drugs is the root cause of most of these street crimes and deaths. think prohibition in the US

For every action theres an opposite and equal reaction, save that sort of stuff till your in the privacy of your own home, some people don't appreciate it,i am not condoning the attack but if they hadn't been overtly displaying their sexuality on a public bus there most likely wouldn't have been an attack,i read one womans story saying her partner was fighting the guys on the bus  I had a girlfriend once in Peshawar, pakistan, she was Austrian and giving me hassle for some reason or another in the street,an old pushtun guy started berating her in a raised voice,it was because she was chastising me in public.Blend in,dont create ripples, the girls had been out socialising so the odds are they had been on the shandy and feeling frisky they had started their PDA on the bus,its not needed and look where its led.

Doesn't justify what was done to them.

People that commit acts of violence like that always try to seek an excuse to justify their behaviour, the reality is they wanted to do what they did.
