Hi everyone. Im new here and this is my first post in the thread. I was looking for an active forum website that could help me out in my application as a pbs tier 2 general dependent, luckily i stumbled here in the british filipino Forums. Thank you mods/admin for accepting me as a member So about my application, my wife is a nurse in the uk and she is urging me to join her abroad. We were recently wed last june 03 2019. As of now i am processing my tier 2 pbs dependent visa. What bothers me is should i wait for my uk visitor visa to expire before applying for pbs tier 2 dependent visa? I visited uk last march for almost 2 months and my visa is about to expire on jun 17 Im hoping that someone could help me sort this out. Thanks and mabuhay to all
what does it say on the application form guidance notes ? does it say the application has to be made outside the UK ?
It does not indicate, i am aplying outside uk. But under the Tier 2 Dependent Visa Eligibility Criteria it states that: Immigration status requirement. You must not be a previous holder of the following visas: UK visitor visa. Short-term study visa on or after April, 2015. Parent of a Tier 4 (child) student on or after April, 2015.
