Update on my 13a application

    I wouldn`t say it was easy or cheap.. I waited like 4/5 months for my UK Police document.
    Sorting out the medical requirements were a bit of a nightmare and certainly not cheap.. The Xray on it`s own was 100 Quid.
    The fact still remains though..Apply at an R.P embassy abroad and the Visa stamp you get is permanent!

    tota; cost 11,000 probationary and just over 10,000 for a full 13a,

    Hi guys, so i believe we must upgrade from probationary to permanent a month before it expires, however, i cannot find the forms or info on the immigration website.

    can anyone point me in the right direction

    You should start the conversion 3 months before the probation 13A expires, have you done the NBI again. Cost me over 11,000 for a permanent 13a.

    Go to
    IMMIGRANT VISA BY MARRIAGE then
    AMENDMENT TO PRV.

    I did mine in Cebu, it took almost 7 months. Not good in Cebu at all. You need to start it now.

    so, to convert probationary to permanent, I just use the same process and application forms as i did for probationary?
