This explains why eating fat doesn’t make us fat. And what does. The revelation is astounding.

    On Amazon Prime for free:

The whole idea that fat causes heart disease has been turned on it’s head. The man who first came out with this idea, Ancel Keys, has a lot to answer for.

eating more than your body needs will turn to fat. so eat what you like--but not too much of it.

Did you manage to watch it?

The irony is that half the nation are over weight and are diabetic or both and yet we are all strutting around eating low fat products. In keeping with Ancel Keys recommendations many years ago, GPs (not all) and their nurses are advising low fat diets but the end result is that so many people/patients are replacing fat with carbohydrates to fill up. It’s that that has caused the diabesity pandemic. We as a species have always eaten fat. But only in recent years seriously increased the amount of carbohydrates we eat whilst dropping the levels of fat.

I have to admit I probably only watch half the videos that appear on or are referred to on the forum but this one is pure gold.

By posting this thread on here I genuinely hope that members get the benefit from it.

Here’s a copy via YouTube. It’s a shame it’s in American form but the ensuing global diabesity pandemic was USA in the making...
