I would like to say hello to everyone and thank you for all the help. After almost 5 years, I think I can apply for ILR soon. Because of COVID and new restrictions and I heard that it is difficult to get appointment for Biometrics, I'm thinking of submitting my application online the earliest that I'm allowed . I'm not really sure but I read that I can apply within 28 days before my 60 months is completed, is this true? My current visa (FLR-M) is valid up to March.
I arrived in UK on 20 December 2015 (spouse visa) - so should I count 28 days from 20/12/2020?
Thank you again and stay safe everyone.

Thank you Bicmac. I'm going to reuse my B1 Certificate from Trinity College (used from my previous FLR-M) for the English Language requirements and I did the Life in the UK Test last July (I revised while bored during lockdown ). They didn't issue the pass certificate anymore instead I had to check online for the result. I also started doing the online SET-M Form and it looks more straight forward than FLR-M.
