    I guess you mean the ones with the spinny skinny very long wings ;) :D

    I'd love to see this stuff as well, but every sci-fi example relies on some kind of anti-grav and some kind of reaction-less engine, neither of which are coming soon.

    You know what, I did microlight lessons in a flex-wing, but I remember thinking one of these would be perfect for getting off the beaten track in the Philippines :)

    Yes, calm seas, but what an adventure that would be, 7000+ Islands with a tent and some fuel.
