The Post title is one of the requirements for documentary evidence on my wife's second 2.5-year FLR(M) (Extension) Visa application. At the start of the online application they even go so far as to require acknowledgement that the Applicant understands they must declare ALL reasons for wanting to remain in the UK! As we don't have kids, the only reason I can think of is that if she were required to leave the UK, or was deported for some reason, it would mean the end of our marriage as - for reasons I won't go into here but we have explained in her application - I would be unable to live long-term/permanently in the Philippines. Maybe I am misunderstanding the question, but if not does anyone have any idea what sort of 'reasons' UKVI are looking for?
its all i put for our ILR. I think other reasons are for applicants who--for instance--are no longer together.
The question is very generic and could be responded to by many applicants in different ways. We simply put that "her life was here now with her husband and that the husband could not find work over in the Philippines nor the standard of social care "
