I don't know that particular brand but I do know of a filipina a few years ago jailed for selling toxic skin whitening astringent, her second or third offence.

She was from the west country, two or three years back, must have been lucrative as she drove to court in her Merc not expecting to be send down.

I no longer give my opinion when Mrs R buys beauty products. I don't like a lot of the crap she buys, but it's an absolute waste of my time to give my opinion. From her perspective, I can understand why a 41 year old white English guy is the last person a 33 year old Filipina would want to listen to on the subject of cosmetics. I just let her carry on and do as she pleases.

Mrs R uses this lady on FB to provide many of her weird products:

A cursory search through her profile shows she has sold this product in the past. Don't know whether she has it immediately in stock as of today.

That crap will damage your skin, That's from a dermatologist that my wife went to see 2 years ago.

My wife uses this type of soap:
(Like PorkAdobo, I have learnt to keep my nose out of what my wife likes to buy.)

I think the last lot Mrs Ash bought was from someone travelling back from the Philippines. But that was a few years ago now.

On cosmetics in general, Mrs Ash moaned at the U.K. for her change in skin condition but in truth it was the change in what she ate that had made the difference.

    She does miss rebonding though.

    Good business opportunity

Please don't give my wife any ideas, but I think it's OK - I showed her the photograph and she thought the clip was for people to stop smelling trumps

As soon as I saw it I thought multifunctional nose-clothes pegs, I remember some weird plastic nasal inserts I saw on sale in Cebu one time to sort of give a flat nose shape
