I did search for the shop today, after paying a visit at the chemists for my repeat prescrption, and it was a bit tucked out of the way. Any way shops like that, do rely on word of mouth, and they seem rather keen to make a good go of it. I wish them all the best of luck in the endevour. As I don't really need anything at all, I didn't make a purchase. Jet Flew home today, so I will be indulging on eating pasta quite often for the next 3 weeks... But when she eventually returns, it will be a totally different thing....
In a different life, many years ago, I used to dabble with flour, eggs and rolling pin, once a month on average. Those days are long gone. I buy my pasta from different outlets now, but only if it is grown in EEA origins guaranteed organic orchards... Seriously now. I am a bit fussy about the stuff, and I don't buy generic supermarket brand pasta. There is nothing wrong with those, really, it is just that I want to see the name of the factory on the label,
