The S did require the key but the button was a great feeling made it feel more like a bike with an electric starter, I guess most people will love all the modern stuff but some of it is really just gimmicks which don't really improve function.
Ceres bus drivers have a bad rep for the way they drive, other drivers keep out of their way. I had a lucky escape 4 years ago, I was going to make a left turn into a side road I indicated to turn left and was about to make the turn i doubled checked, lucky I did a Ceres bus over took me on left, almost collided with my car, blasting my horn at the driver. I was fuming.
I had a test drive in one of these for the day, yesterday. Beautiful to drive. No manual gear change whatsoever. All electric. https://www.mercedes-benz.co.uk/pas...AR6mrnZU3AXY31CxuZx5KqSN-GzJcWbBoCt2kQAvD_BwE 31 minutes to charge at a rapid charging station. The future is here and out goes the need for a manual gear change.
Harley? We want one. When we trade up next we just have to get one. Only problem is with Mrs Ash being short she finds the SUVs a challenge. I cannot see any argument against buying these cars except cost. Brilliant to drive.
I watched the TT races in the IOM a couple of years ago - zero emmision races. Fascinating. It was 2016 actually. Not popular with the petrol heads though.
There's a guy I know just died quickly, cancer, mid-50's,gave me a wakeup call to be honest, time is ticking, I am looking at a bike if I stay in Canada for a while YOLO.
“A moment of blasphemy…..” This is old stuff now but the narration by Ewan Magregor is spot on for the time….
This has turned out to be a nice car. Had it for a year now. A bit small for me but perfect for Mrs Ash.
