visit visa application

hi everyone.

I just need a little help regarding my mom visit visa application form. i succesfully registered her but when i try to start her application it wont get me anywhere.


CREATE NEW APPLICATION
Country of Residence * philippines
VAC* cebu
Application Type* overseas citizen ( this is the only option )
Category*overseas citizen ( this is the only option too )
Reference Number* and i haven't got any referrence yet...

any help would be appreciated..

Yes the one above is the right link. That's where you register to apply for the visa.

Good luck Queenie, i had issues trying to book at VFS Cebu, but with Mattecubes help i got there in the end, be patient.. you will get there in the end.
