My gf and I planning to get married and settled here in PHIL..but I need to sell my bungalow, with her help, but the problem is we don't know what kind of visa we need. As I am retired, I have sufficient funds to support her, during her stay in UK but as I am already here in PHIL and have the documents with me from the bank and building society etc....any ideas what is the best procedure?
a general visit visa for your gf---about £90. explain exactly why she wants to visit the UK--and your circumstances.
But as soon as we are are married her surname will change, so would she be able to visit UK on her old passport ?
My gf is arranging her CENOMAR but I also have to prove my eligibility to get a marriage licence but LGU want my affidavit , but as you know that entails giving date of marriage ! Any ideas as to what documentation they really need ?
