My handsome brit is coming to Manila tomorrow. These are the usual things I give him whenever we see each other. The coffee and pork n beans because they dont have nice brands in Japan. Dried mangoes like everyone else wants and some spicy peanuts. Can anybody suggest something else?
Rather than pre-bought food, how about cooking a cake? or a scapula like our lady of perpetual help, a Tee shirt or a small wood carving? My wife made me a scrapbook one time. It was a hand decorated book with photographs, messages, receipts and other things stuck in it.
Eggs,Bacon(not sweet)Sausages,mushrooms,fried tomatoes,4 rounds of toast and a nice cup of Yorkshire T.

I've been very busy in the last few months with visa stuff plus baby's 1st birthday prep and since I was the only one here to do all those, I can only buy him things. We plan to do the scrap booking when we get to England and do it together. I've given him shirts, tumbler, wallet & powerbank in the past. I just thought this time I fill his tummy up. Anyway, it's the best way to a man's heart they say.
Laugh. Think as I get older I get more in touch with my feminine side. Probably the second best way in all truth.
