If only HISTORY was left on the book shelf, instead of being raked up to stir up trouble and manipulate people.

Let the new generation enjoy some peace and harmony in their lives for goodness sake, without having all this nonsense laid upon their shoulders.

If only! But you cannot cower from history by leaving it on the bookshelf otherwise the next generation cannot learn from the mistakes of the past and remove bigoted viewpoints on religion,sexuality,culture etc etc.
I hope and believe the new generation are moving forward.
