family visit visa

    hi guys!

    im queen a new one on this forum.. found this site online and I hope you would be able to help me. im planning to bring my mom here for a visit visa. im a resident on this country and im married to a british citizen with 2 kids. he works full time and im a full time mom. we rented a 2 bedrooms property. can anyone help me to all tje requirements we need on our side and her side? thanks you

    Welcome young lady, if you search the forum you will find lots of useful information on visit visas.

    @joi1991 I think was the latest to successfully secure a visa for her mum and family, maybe she can offer you some advice :)

    Hello,

    The main reason my mum and my sister went to visit me here is my wedding. As for your mum, I'd say she needs to prove that she has a strong ties in the Philippines (job, properties, pension, other kids to look after to, etc.)
    In our case, we just explained in our cover letter that she will be coming back home after few weeks because she has to help mu sister looking after her children.

    thank you. my mom has been here before. the only thing im worried about is we've only got 2 bedrooms house and this time ive got 2 kids already. is this accommodation would still be suitable for her?

    For 2 bedrooms only 3 people is the allowed capacity. They might argue about having overcrowding in the house. How old are your kids?

    If she is coming for a short visit then the amount of rooms you have is totally irrelevant to the application.

    yes for a short visit. my kids age 4 and 2.

    They're still very young, I don't think it will matter.
