YM and lebara is totally gone. We used lebara for a good 3 years. We do have emails and fb chats from the start of our relationship to date but there are several months skips as we have used skype and lebara phone calls.

Thanks @Brom27, We'll explain in our letters then. just wondered if we can skip the explanation part as we're trying to keep our cover letter short, each have 2 pages full now. if you dont mind, how long was your letter? :)

My letter is 2 pages full that's it. That's what I was told, to write a letter no longer than 2 pages (A4 size). If you can make it shorter than that, the better.

Hi @Roseanne J , we're applying for a fiancee visa soon , I would like to ask you what courier service did you use to send your documents to Sheffield or did you submit your supporting documents at VFS and avail their scan service for an additional fee ? Im from Philippines btw . Thanks

Not submitted our application yet :D but we're planning to use the scanning service. Have you booked an appointment with VFS yet?

Why post your docs to the UK? Take yours with you to VFs when you go for biometrics. Your sponsor here in the UK sends his docs to Sheffield.

We're also still putting together our supporting documents and its taking us longer than we thought  they will scan the documents in sheffield anyway so we will just use vfs scanning. Good luck to us! maybe I'll see you in vfs! ;)

Why do you guys prefer to post your docs to Sheffield? Why not have all of them scanned by the VFS? By posting them to Sheffield, you delay the assessment for at least a few days* and you run the risk of losing your documents in the process.

*There are a few people complaining that UKVI still hasn't acknowledged receipt of their docs for a month now.
