Margaret Hodge, the 73 year-old who has been the Labour MP for Barking since 1994, has decided that she doesn't like Amazon any more and she is calling for people to join in her boycott over its tax arrangements. "I hope people take a leaf out of my book and stop using Amazon", she said. "I don’t use them at all… If we stop using Amazon then they may understand how angry their customers are."

You can read more about Hodge’s strong and principled views on Amazon in her book "Called to Account", for sale on Amazon:

And another one bites the dust!

Labour's Shadow Equality Minister Sarah Champion has "resigned" from her Frontbench job following the publication of this article in the Sun last week under her own byline:

Corbynistas reacted true to form by demanding she be sacked. To save face with the outraged lefties, Champion is putting it about that her words were stripped of all nuance and that she didn’t write the opening sentences which said "Britain has a problem with British Pakistani men raping and exploiting white girls. There. I said it. Does that make me a racist? Or am I just prepared to call out this horrifying problem for what it is." The Sun insists that Champion was not only sent the subbed text (the version of an article that is passed for print), she was sent the hard copy of the page (above) and raised no objections.

In fact her personal assistant emailed the paper upon the article's publication to say that Champion was "thrilled with it":

    Date: 11 August 2017 at 10:40

    Subject: RE: Sarah’s piece

She is absolutely thrilled with it – just gone to get some hard copies. However, she is mortified that you’ve used such an ancient picture of her – it is about five years old! I sent some newer ones last summer to the picture desk and am attaching them again here. Please can you send them on to the relevant person. Thanks, x

Champion has said what is the obvious truth about rape gangs – her personal assistant’s only complaint before the Corbynistas got involved was that the picture of her used was old. Only when social justice warriors started shrilly tweeting calls for her to resign did Champion seek to disown the article.

Champion says in a statement that she is quitting: "I apologise for the offence caused by the extremely poor choice of words in The Sun article on Friday." So they were her words after all.

    Hilarious!

As virtue-signalling offence-taking Corbynistas succeed in getting Sarah Champion kicked out of the Shadow Cabinet, worth listening to Muslim Labour candidate Amina Lone on Newsnight. She says Champion has been "used as a scapegoat" and was "an easy target". Lone, whose was born to Pakistani parents, says she is "despairing" about Champion’s resignation because these “difficult conversations" need to be had.

She says on Twitter: "I grew up in a Muslim community where these attitudes were common. “White girls are easy” “Nobody cares about them” “They are just slags” “They parents don’t look after them properly” etc were/are still said today. I hear it regularly. Sarah Champion was talking about a particular type of grooming which is carried by men because of their cultural/religious practices. Obvs not all men. She is not a racist but a brave woman speaking out about a politically awkward issue. Labour, bury your heads as much as you like in the black & white purist world you push. The chickens will come home to roost."

Will any Labour politician dare to speak out about this important issue following Champion’s sacking?

Jeremy Corbyn was asked yesterday by the BBC if he thinks there is a particular problem with British-Pakistani men grooming girls:

BBC: "Do you not think there’s a particular problem with Pakistani men, because we’ve seen in Rochdale, we’ve seen in Rotherham, in Newcastle and Oxford, that’s been the problem."

Corbyn: "The problem is the crime that’s committed against women from any community. Much crime is committed by white people, crime is committed by people of other communities as well. I think it is wrong to designate an entire community as a problem."
He should listen to the words of Muslim Labour candidate Amina Lone. You’d have thought Labour would have learned about shutting down this debate; but no.

The Communities Secretary Sajid Javid, who is from a Pakistani background, wrote on Twitter: "Corbyn wrong to sack Sarah Champion. We need an honest open debate on child sexual exploitation, including racial motivation."

Lord Blunkett has today published a newspaper article in which he says "Sarah Champion is aptly named. Having been forced to resign from a Shadow Cabinet post she filled so very ably and following her brave stance on sex-grooming gangs, she's certainly a true Champion in my book. I first got to know Sarah when she was the chief executive of Bluebell Wood children's hospice, outside Sheffield. I respected her then as I do now. I have been aghast to see the completely unacceptable treatment meted out to her. My party, the Labour party, has always sought to stand up for those who are exploited, damaged or treated badly – whatever their position in life. In other words, to coin a phrase, to 'Champion' equality."

So, what do we know about Corbyn and his brand of Labour? Well evidence shows that they are:
    • Marxists who revere the most brutal of Russian "leaders" - Lenin and Stalin.
    • Believers in and supporters of hard-left dictatorships and want that for Britain
    • Pro-IRA
    • Pro-Muslim
    • Anti-Semitic
    • Anti-British
    • Anti-America
    • Anti-NATO
    • Sexist and likely misogynist also
    • Intolerant and hypocritical
    • Anti-capitalist and anti-rich
all of which makes them eminently unsuitable to be in power.

The irony is for the Islamophobes is that the real dedicated muslims do not engage in this practice. Its a cultural problem where such behavior is allowed in these self contained communities. The same behavior perpetuates in their original countries or those of their immigrant parents. If you could eradicate all religion with the flick of a switch, it would not fix this problem and it is the communities themselves that need to stop allowing such abuse to happen.

There is no room to be delicate about it either but we also need to look at the problem from the other side, why are these young white girls so vulnerable.

One thing that I don't understand is why the press always reports that the muslim rape gangs are "Asian".

I always thought that Pakistan was in the Indian sub-continent.

There can be no doubt: Jeremy Corbyn is a laughing stock:

But he will never, ever be quite as popular as the man to his right.

As the weeks pass, it becomes more and more evident that Corbynism is an affront to freedom of speech, democracy and even more so to truthfulness. Nine days ago, Amina Lone, a Labour Councillor who happens to be a Muslim, spoke to Newsnight about abuse by British-Pakistani men and defended Sarah Champion. Ms Lone has now been "tried" by a Corbynist Kangaroo Court and punished by being barred from re-standing by the Labour Party. They are using a spurious allegation that her attendance record isn’t up to scratch, but as the Manchester Evening News points out this is a highly unusual course of action. Councillor Lone and her allies believe she is being stitched up as punishment for her outspoken campaigning. Certainly seems quite a remarkable coincidence, especially given Lone is highly-rated in sensible Labour circles.

Corbynist keyboard commandos have been getting a taste of their own medicine from one 0f the more sensible former Labour MPs, Michael Dugher. Images of his recent social media contributions can not be shown openly, so you'll need to

I meant "former MP" and have now corrected the omission :) If that's all you found to disagree with me over then you appear to have wisely given-up trying to defend the indefensible.

For some reason, your leader appears to enjoy flip-flopping over fairly important issues. Take his latest pronouncement made yesterday in Coatbridge. He has now promised to axe the benefits freeze which affects social welfare expenditure such as the State Pension, Child Benefit and Tax Credits - hoorah! I say but I'm not paying the bill. Just how are you lot going to raise the £13 Billion (a year) that such a policy will cost to implement?

He made the following rather confusing statement: "We will lift the freeze on social security, using part of the billions we set aside for reform in our costed manifesto, by recycling social security savings made by introducing a real Living Wage of £10 an hour, and by building the affordable homes we need". How does "building affordable homes" enable him to "lift the freeze on social security"? And "affordable homes" surely means cramming as many people together into the smallest land area - by building upwards rather than outwards. More Grenfell Towers?

Why dont you ask "a former sensible MP" who,s language you deem appropriate on a public forum:)

I'm sure he will advise you sex & travel:p

Dugher is, as I said, a sensible former MP rather than "a former sensible MP" - and there is a world of difference! As for his choice of language in those Tweets, he resorted to the only language that Corbynista keyboard commandos appear to understand.

No he won't: I'm not an angry demanding hard-left snowflake who believes that the country owes him a living.

Two possible answers for you. Take your pick:
    1. Hypocrite.
    2. Those I'm claiming for are British citizens.
Only you think your post was that funny or clever. It was neither but rather a sad reflection of the left-wing of British politics. In other words, a total joke.

No there wasn't but the plural of "reply" is "replies", not "reply's" or even "reply,s".
