good morning everyone can anyone suggest a good lawyer so we can get my girls annulment started we have got plans to be travel to and from phil and travel europe so we can decide where we want to settle down we are thinking Malta, Singapore, Philippines or here in the UK I myself love Malta
Welcome to the Forum Henry! There are a number of British-Filipino couples residing here on Malta so you'd be in good company! I know of good lawyers in both Cebu City and Davao but they might not be much use to you if your girlfriend doesn't live in/near either.
Hi thanks for the reply please pm any details of any lawyer and at the moment Malta is coming out tops I have only just came back from a 2 week holiday in Malta I was staying Bugibba very nice country I am now trying to get her visa to come so she can see what a beautifull country you are in
I used a Davao lawyer to get my GF's annulment, cost was £3000. She is well known on the annulment roundabout and has won many a case including ours. But in the final few months, certainly after Duterte came to power she seemed to try and distance herself from the whole process. At one stage she said she didn't even know me and had never received any money from me !!! My copies of our E-Mails and WU receipts soon changed her mind. I can only imagine with Dutertes stance on corruption she got a bit scared because after all annulment is about paying off judges, doctors, etc etc for the right result.
