Hi everyone! Name’s Erika and stumbled upon this forum when I was looking online about blogs on how to get UK tourist visa from Philippines. Will be planning to visit UK this coming December and submitted my application last October 12, so just waiting actually if gonna get granted a visa or not! I like to travel a lot (once or twice at most a year) and I do save up money and plan ahead everything as I want everything in place and no room for error. (Recommending to tour Asia because it's a-awesome, specially South Korea!) Will be visiting with my British boyfriend as my travel companion for reasons that he's keen for me to explore UK with him (meet his family and relatives as well as he met mine already) as he’s been in the Philippines for 1 and a half year and we basically got together almost the same time already. Met him a year back whilst he was traveling. We had trips together inside and outside Philippines and got to meet his Dad when he visited the country last April so we decided its time to visit UK. I know I submitted all the necessary documents needed for my visa application but I’m just such a worry wart! I absolutely find waiting horrendous (but its a natural thing I know just super uneasy feeling on the pit of my stomach if gonna get granted visa or not though you know what I mean lol) but yes, all I can do now is wait and hope for the best! We planned a nice itinerary already for my hopefully 3-weeks stay in UK so, keeping fingers crossed for a visa! Sorry for my lengthy post Glad to be here! Cheers!

Thanks @Brom27! Before I finally submitted my application last 12th, I made sure to check a lot of threads here as a guest and those were really really helpful so thanking everyone in advanced!

Bf lives in Hastings but we plan to spend 3-4 days in London, will be expensive but we planned this trip months and months ahead so I think we both have the capacity (money-wise) to enjoy the beautiful city of London as he and I both have stable jobs in Philippines. But thank you so much for the words of encouragement will definitely update here once I get a decision for my visa cheers!
