Is it possible to download the application form more than once, for example if you lose it and need to sign a new copy?

I think maybe I made a mistake here (see pic), in the Family Details section under Spouse, is that my details or my Wife's? Under that we put her Mother and Fathers details which we think is correct. Hopefully we got it right! spouse section.png

Yes it’s her details coz she’s the applicant so that’s right.

Whoops under spouse part we put my details thinking I am her spouse. Under mother and father part we put her families details. What happens now?

I went by this post which appears to indicate I am right. My details goes in the Spouse part and her family details under Mother and Father.
Getting worried now would really apreciate confirmation as this is my one amd onlt chance at this. Family Section.png

Yes it’s right, you are the spouse and it’s her mother and father. It nevers asks for your parents cos you are not the applicant.

I think this will be my final question...hopefully!
    • Online application...done.
    • Biometrics ...done.
Tomorrow I am sending all our supporting docs direct to Sheffield (my wife's docs and my sponsor docs).
We have numerous small receipts and airtickets etc. Should we send as is (originals) or copy onto A4 paper?
I will be setting out all the docs in pocket display books to make it easy for the ECU to process. Is that good practice or just should I just put everything in a big envelope?

    As always.... Thanks

yes--copy those tickets on to a4. no need for pocket displays ( although nice idea ! )--but i paper clipped my stuff into relevant bundles. had the lot back today with standard letter saying they had copied everything.

    Hi All,

When making the VFS appointment a friend of mine has been asked to supply a UKN number - this has got both of us very confused, a google search gave no further (useful) information only one post that suggested the UKN number is for citizenship applications only. It's my suspicion that somehow he's gone to the wrong page to book the appointment? Any ideas much appreciated folks...

UKN number is I believe for expats applications I think he has gone wrong somewhere in the process, he should be supplying his application vfs number.

Thanks for the help - looking at his application he has been directed from the ukvi website to this page :-

    upload_2017-11-11_18-22-39.png

The only option here is to click the 'register and book appointment' link, once you have entered the register information you get directly to this page:-

As you can see there is only a mention of citizenship applications and the UKN number - is this wrong or just a crappy website? He was allowed to continue and make an appointment so all looks ok - just confusing!
