    Thank you so much to all our kind friends here that helped us. Our long struggle to qualify and apply for, my wife's spouse visa is finally over:).
    We had an email asking for a copy of my divorce certificate then four days later we got the visa.

    When we are settled we will try to help other members in the same situation.
    Of interest: Bio Oct 31st Passport and visa arrived in Davao City Jan 27th :like:
