Hi all, I'm planning a trip to France with my wife next month and she has an appointment for her schengen visa next week. Am I the person who's meant to be signing the bottom of this form? I won't be traveling to the French consulate with my wife, so I want to make sure I sign all the necessary documents. Thanks for your help in advance.
I didn’t submit that when I applied. But base on the form, your wife needs to sign it as she is declaring to travel with you to France. If you wanna be sure make two copies of that and you each sign the form separately.
