Hello as my girlfriend does not have any property or ties on paper in Cebu someone has advised us to enroll in a learning course for the month after she is due to return home after visiting the UK as this will show a Reason to return to ph, in anyone's experience have they still been refused when they have this reason to come home? As she's planning to return home around 6th Sept this year does anyone know how we can go about booking a course or college course etc this week so we can get proof she will be returning home ? I've herd most courses start in June but we need a course that starts in sept any ideas ??
Personally I think it gives no weight to support someone will return home. Brutal truth is anyone can enrol for a course and not turn up! If someone was part way and could demonstrate course attendance then maybe help.

Only when there is an official break between semesters, otherwise no . Agree with Mattecube that enrolling won't be a strong enough reason to return in the opinion of the Immigration officer . There are many things that you will need to provide ,to make a strong case for your application . There is much info available on here from people who have applied , some successful ,some unsuccessful , but you can learn a lot from both .
expect to be refused. you cant appeal--but UKVI has to give the reason--so if you can overcome the reason--apply again. its a cheap visa.
