Yeah it is. Not in a hurry to work coz my hubby wanted me to have a break from it (had a very stressful job in Dubai before). That's why we didn't go for same day service and just waited.

A good turnaround on the decision making!

Yeah. I've seen in an fb group that many received their visas this month.

Thanks but hopefully we have put together a good enough application that we won' be reliant on luck, but I know what you mean.
I have taken the view that we were approved last time, I earn slightly more than last time we have a house we haven't been naughty so there is no reason to turn us down as it would make the first decision Wrong!

    Congrats...

You say you didn't go for the 'same-day (In Person)' service, but did you pay for the Priority Service? If not, that's a very fast turnaround... but then I guess once you are here - i.e. the Fiance(e) Visa has been granted - and are married, the subsequent Visa applications shouldn't take anywhere near as long!

    Hi there
Congratulations for getting your 1st flr (m) granted that would be so enlightening for you and your husband. Don't you mind if you can share what documents you provided to HO please. We are getting married this July with my fiancé here in Scotland and after that we don't have any idea what to do for the next application. It would be grateful if you can help. Big thanks.,btw I'm a Filipina too

I didn't go for same day for my FLRM (after fiance). I didnt pay for priority service. I just sent my docs thru Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. Even when I applied for my fiance visa when I was in Dubai, I didnt go for priority service. I received my visa after 5 weeks. For my flrm, it took almost 7 weeks (not working days).
