Yes it is. They won't let her out of the country if there's none. You can check the other threads re that.

Nearly time for me to e-mail and get the case escalated has anyone threatened them with court action for incompetence and would the threat of it in the e-mail do anything !

Acknowledgement e-mail from Sheffield - 05 May - 2018
Orignal documents returned - 1st week of June - 2018

Decision made email : 20 June 2018
VFS text : 19 June - 2018
Passport delivery date : 22- June - 2018

interesting that the original docs werent returned till 1st week of june.....which could suggest that was when your bundle was first looked at.

I have a theory on the bundles lol

Actually I wasnt expecting my documents to be returned because I only send 1 copy and without return envelope, most of it is original documents. But in my surprise my husband in uk recieved my documents.

note to others--always include a stamped..addressed return envelope if you want important documents returned !

My visa consultant said it could delay processing, not sure how but ticked that box anyway.
