Hi guys. My husband and I are getting ready to apply for his first FLR (M). We have decided to avail of the same day service and we are kind of wondering if we need to fill a specific application form up. Can we use the online application form or do we need to fill the printed 70-paged form up?
You can fill the online application form but based on my own experience I found the online form confusing and complicated so I just printed the form.
Thanks @Brom27 - we tried to book in Cardiff as it's the closest to our place but unfortunately all of England (and Northern Ireland) do not have any slots for the next 45 days so we decided to just go to Glasgow Premium Service Centre instead. By the way, do you think it matters if I'm still a MISS on my bank statements? Or should I go to my bank to repace my title to MRS? Also planning to change my surname after all this visa stuff. Asking as I'm not sure what will UKVI think of that.
My friend was the same, he had to go to Glasgow coz he can’t get one in Sheffield. I did warn him to book in advance That shouldn’t be a problem so I won’t worry about it.

What should we put here? Is it Settlement Marriage/Fiance Visa? 2) In Section 6 - 6.7 When did you start living together as partners, or if you are applying as the child of a person with limited leave as a partner of a settled person, then when did you start living with your parent? Should we put the date when he arrived to the UK? 3) In Section 6 - 6.68 Add all addresses you and your sponsor have lived at in the 2 years preceding this application if you have lived at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years. Do we leave this blank as we haven't been living as partners for 2 years yet? 4) In Section 8 - 8.4 Questions highlighted on the below. a) Which title and level of qualification do we put? b) What should we tick regarding which body rewarded the IELTS test and which SELT unique reference number? 5) In Section 9 - 9.15 Give details of the British diplomatic post(s) involved if the application(s) was or were made abroad. What do we put here? 6) In Section 13 - Any previous passports or travel documents you have held during your stay in the UK. Does this mean ALL previous passports from Philippines even though he doesn't have a visa in it? Or is it just his current passport Many thanks in advance for your help!
