Apart from seeing the Sagrada Familia, eating seafood Paella was my favourite thing to do in Barcelona.

My hubby had a terrible food poisoning though.

Great city, been many times... and never made it inside Sagrada Familia. Great venue if you fancy F1 as well.

There is a great restaurant called Sept Portas which needs booking and is on the posh end. Whilst people rave about many of the dishes, there are lots of cool small bars that do suckling pig which is to die for. My favourite, and there are many I have not been to is Portonovo Silvestre. Its near Hotel Catalunya which is also a good spot as its near the subway

I know "Iberia" and "Iberian" but I've never heard of "Iberica" so I Googled it. Google gave me a blank page, hence my reply.

There`s an Iberica in Camarines Norte.
I suppose it was the bloody Spanish gave it that name.

I make my own ham and bacon but I am 5 days in making my very first batch of Pancetta and Italian bacon..Only 30 days before it`s done!
Probably similar to the stuff in pic above.

The difficulty here with curing meat is the climate..
The guy I use for instruction is this Italian fella that lives and makes it all in Thailand.
He also has a nice looking banana beer that I wouldn't mind making a good 50 gallons of!
