Problem

My wife done her biometrics on Tuesday so I sent all the documents on Wednesday to the Sheffield visa application centre. I got the address from my wife what they give her at the interview. I tracked it yesterday (Thursday night) and it said it was in retention as requested by the recipient. I just checked the tracking now and it says it's being returned to the sender as there no longer at this address has any body had this problem? we are so close to finishing and it's another drama because of the UK help please

Why can’t you send the papers to the vfs office there are many in the U.K.

Settlement visas for someone applying from abroad have to go to Sheffield

There are two addresses used in Sheffield. Think the one from vfs is the PO Box addresses which couriers including parcel force have trouble delivering to.

We used Royal Mail for both sending and getting back.

Other address is in one of the emails from home office which is not a PO Box and should be ok to use.
