Does anyone happen to know if the paid email service is still available for ongoing visa enquiries? I'm not really not happy with how Sopra Steria handled the document uploads, and all they can tell me is that they believe the documents were submitted, but they can provide no guarantee or confirmation(!). I tried going to the various options on the Gov site, but it's only offering a completely obscenely priced telephone service. If anyone has a link to the email service, that would be very much appreciated! Ta
Hmm I've already looked on there, but I couldn't see any form/link for emailing them any more. I wondered if anyone knows if it's been withdrawn, or if it had been moved?
The link took me straight to a 'walkthrough' Contact form (bottom of the page)... Admittedly not an email address, but the HO wouldn't want to make it easy for you to keep a record of your correspondence with them, would they!
Ah, that's for applying from outside, but as my wife is already in the UK and applying from within, I am choosing the relevant option. It seems they don't provide the email form option for visa enquiries for those already inside the UK. Pretty shocking.
