You can eat them,but they taste like s**t (mick Dundee when asked about the edibility of goanna in the movie crocodile Dundee),I have eaten gizzard and feet,they are edible but nothing special,the thing about filipino street BBQ is theres no finesse,theres no jazzing it up,unlike thai street food for example(see photo) which is a culinary masterpiece filipino is just BBQ.
