Can't see any of those being punished by fines except the satnav and the food, Keith.

are sat Navs dangerous in a vehicle? Or is it where they are placed on the windscreen or the driver trying to alter them while the vehicle is on the move?
for me used properly and with common sense applied they can be a useful aid in unfamiliar places and for the newer driver.
like I say common sense is a pre requisite with them, don't just blindly follow and don't have them in the windshield wiper sweep area.

As a delivery driver myself, neither my personal phone or the company phone disturbs me while driving. Any phone calls will have to wait till I stop. No bluetooth allowed as the vans are weekly checked, I have to use a satnav (its a combined phone/satnav/delivery info device), its an absolute must, BUT I am fully aware I'm not allowed to touch the satnav whilst driving, which I understand is against the law anyway.

Funny how smokers are allowed to get away with it, just sayin'.
