That's no problem - we need strong-willed English people to take us forward after Brexit

Uhah and how will you manage that seeing as you don't actually live in a EU27 country and Scotland is part of the United Kingdom?

He has actually been here 19 years

"The Home Secretary says officials are helping a Polish born chef to get settled status in the UK, after his application was rejected.

Damian Wawrzyniak – who’s cooked for the Royal family and the 2012 Olympics – was shocked to be refused permission to live permanently in this country, after working and paying taxes in Britain for 15 years.

He’s not the only EU citizen to be thrown into limbo by the controversial post Brexit scheme as Minnie Stephenson reports.

The funny thing about this is that this Polish guy campaigned (but did not vote due ineligible) for the Leave side during the referendum.

Now we have reached 2019 and he realises the abundant number of mistruths that leaders of the Leave campaign made. Like many others, he has changed his mind. He has seen that what Johnson, Farrage, Hannan etc promised has spectacularly failed to be delivered.

However, it's now seemingly anti democratic to recognise that people change minds from a mandate delivered 3 years ago.

Agree in principle about a united Ireland (though not sure the prevailing mood in Eire about this nowadays). However, also recognise there would be pandemonium if this happened. It is slightly worrying that English Brexiteers are so blinkered in this pursuit of unicorns that they will sacrifice the United Kingdom and jeopardise the peace process (and that ain't scaremongering- it's a very real prospect).

Tbh, I don't give a damn about neurosurgeons. I'm still very soured towards the NHS. I would prefer paying for private insurance instead of my tax contributions which pay the salaries of lying administrators. I'm fully onboard with you in selling that ****show off to the Yanks.

If I can't get served or fed down at the local 'Spoons (run by the mullet bearing oaf you so adore) for Tuesday night's steak club, that affects me much more.

But your side of the debate rejected the chance to leave 3 damned times under May.

You voted for Leave. She delivered Leave. You rejected Leave.

    Bunch of bloody cuckoos.

    Factually incorrect.

May's deal took us out of the EU. Indisputable fact.

It was rejected as some people wanted no Leave at all, and others wanted a different kind of leave.

I don't remember the referendum specifying what kind of Leave we would have, except promises of Norway+, remaining in the Single Market and Britain would hold all the cards during the exit negotiations.
