I was having one of those every day til very recently. In the work canteen. Without the toast though.
In the old days when I was on the road a lot, travelling from site to site this was what I hated most about hotel living, I loved these kind of breakfasts (at least the bits I mentioned) and I would often add sausages from the breakfast buffet at the hotel but it was just too much, I'm a desk worker not a physical worker and I just can't use that much food. I would get back to the hotel at night and with nothing to do you end up going to the restaurant and having too much cooked food at night as well, and then being bored you have a couple of beers before going back to the room, it was all really unhealthy, and being hotel food the salt content was often high as well.
My wife threw a birthday party for me a couple of weeks ago. She cooked all the food herself, which included Filipina, Italian, Spanish, Indian and Arabic dishes. Did I mention that she's a great cook.
Chicken Arroz Caldo I enjoy this particular Filipino dish but for me I no longer eat rice. This dish can be made with shredded cauliflower as an alternative. I have asked my wife to make this low carb version. https://www.ketokeuhnnutrition.com/keto-recipes/keto-chicken-arroz-caldo-meal-plan/
This was actually very tasty. The chicken was fried in olive oil and butter using grated mozzarella for a crispy coating.
