Hi,, I'm in the process of collecting together my daughters Charlene Jr and Charlottes British passport requirements...... Very difficult right now due to my not residing in the Philippines anymore and most Phil gov offices either closed or concentrating on covid.... I'm having difficulties with their ids... Gov I'd with their photo and address on and someone to sign their pictures as a true likeness... Has to be someone with a British passport.. After so many heartaches this is the last step to my families happyness. ☺
Hope it all works out for you Kevin, my friend who was in your exact situation is living a good life here in the UK now with his family, just takes a little time mate
A picture can be signed by a British, Irish ,EU or US passport holder or commonwealth passport holder. You just need to provide a colour copy of the passport bio page as well if its not British or Irish.
As I'm not in the Philippines anymore the problem I have is finding a British passport holder there to sign the pictures... Secondly you say their filippine passport would suffice, would that negate the need for their pictures to be signed.. Thanks for the feedback.
Going great,,, got my own flat now, local council, I've furnished it myself including all white goods. I even have a cat now.... Just trying to sort the children's requirements out now so hopefully they can be with me for Christmas.
I got a British national to sign for the girls pictures, I collected all the requirements together, except cenomar. Put in for their passports... now last Friday they came back on me because of the cenomar.... I've asked for a dna test now to try and shortcut their shenanigans. Still need advice if anyone can pm me please
