I am hearing that flights are still scheduled to Manila during November. My friend's flight has been moved back 2 days so perhaps consolidation is talking place. After searching online, it seems to me that there are at least 2 ways that you could travel to the Ph during the current lockdown. 1. You are a Philippines National and your "primary residence" is in the Philippines. 2. You have a medical appointment in the Philippines. (This would include an appoinment for Dental treatment). These are just my thoughts. If anyone has other thoughts, or better still has some information, please share that. What I really want to know is if a person in the UK, with Indefinite Leave to Remain, will be able to travel home to visit the Philippines (and quarantine) before December 2 2020. That seems currently unclear, or possibly is in need of confirmation , as I post this message.
