As per the title, does Harry meed to leave Spurs in the persuit of silverware?
Another Shearer in the making a long career but no real honours ( Shearer one at Blackburn) unless he moves to Manchester or Merseyside.
Final bit of the puzzle for United in my opinion

Kane would be better off moving somewhere maureen has no reach to, or chance to join, once he is sacked again.
I don't think Liverpool, UTD or Chelsea would suit him, I could well imagine him wearing a City shirt, to be honest. or as a very, very long shot an Everton one.
To conclude, I reckon his talent is wasted at totnum, and besides that nando's chicken on the shirt looks ridiculous

I did think about it, but for some reason, I don't repute him to be mercenary

Big contingent of England players at United might sway him, don't think he would move abroad .
Break the bank United come on!

I wish you well with it but as I mentioned earlier, UTD does not suit Kane's style of play. And I doubt he is going to change.
Pep and Carlo, will be able to give him the latitude he needs to flourish.
He is an outstanding player, no doubt, and I wish Chelsea would take him, but ultimately it will be his choice.
The thing I am certain about is that Maureen, instead of nurturing, stifles and restricts him, like he did with other players showing lateral thinking

Everton are not yet a big enough step up and Harry hasn't time on his side and can he play with Calvert Lewin am afraid Everton is a no.
Man City possibly but my money is on United if he does move.

We'll take him as DCL has been mis-firing since the start of the season
Come on Carlo, work your magic.

    He
He (kane) will only leave for Champions League football next season, if he leaves at all.

I have a hunch that he will stay at Spurs.

I suppose it depends on whether he wants to play for a big club and win trophies :D
