The drop-off in quality of teams from the continent between Champions League and Europa League is astonishing. Once the big teams from Spain, Germany etc vanish from the group stages or last 16 of the Champions League, we are left with sides where I could probably make the bench if I went for a trial. Perhaps some buggers in Rome and Amsterdam are saying the same thing when comparing City & Chelsea to MUFC and Gooners?
I'm always on edge watching City play out of the back, Opposition know how to play against them. Hope pep lets the back 3/4 play the long ball when pressed. They're going to give me a heart-attack.
