Actually they are such good belts that I would would like to get a craftsman to punch out some new extra holes in the shorter of my two belts, I don't want just perfect circles as the originals were more oblong (not that obvious in the pictures below). The company that made these has gone out of business and I've not found any similar belts with all the same features that are as well crafted as these ones. I should give the buckles a clean Money pocket 24 inch long

yep--i was advised by professor Seed of Hammersmith hospital to limit egg consumption to no more than 3 a week. But (she) also said no diet would lower my inherently high cholestrol. This was about 20 years ago.
Hi Malcolm, I think the problem is that ideas about food (and other things in life) change over time. For example - the food pyramid. Some people have said that the one developed in the 60s/70s is now wrong and that it is upside down. They say that the obesity crisis in the USA has been caused by their government's incorrect guidance.

East Hampshire have just employed an NHS Health coach. The individual has been employed to support and advise patients on lchf. He will advise plenty of eggs. This approach is spreading throughout the Hampshire region. Statins are slowly but surely being shown for what they are. In the past GPs have loved to prescribe statins. But that is changing.
