    I showed this image along with your accompanying text @oss to a Health Coach employed by a group of NHS surgeries in Essex. I hope you don’t mind, by the way.

    This was her response:

    “What a wonderful story told in a belt. We all know about the effort that would have been put in to achieve that, along with the amazing feelings of achievement when that hard work pays off ”

    Not if it is dry.

    One glass of dry champagne contains 2 grams carbs.

    Yeah but your liver is doing bugger all else while it is getting rid of the alcohol :D

    So still a good idea to avoid the champers :)

    :D no problem John, what you should have said to him is that the guy will need at least 2 more belts before he is where he wants to be and that he needs to do 1 to 3 in that image of mine 2 more times :D

    Just an idea, John. Perhaps your "signature" would be better italicised (or even coloured or made bold), as it would not be confused with the bulk of your text in your posts.
