Judging from the backlash I doubt that many TV broadcasters or streamers would want to get involved. Then there is the question of sponsorship and advertising. The idiots behind the super league will be banking on huge revenue streams from both of those sources but I doubt that the big money spending advertisers would want to know as they could lose so much income from disgruntled fans. Follow the money. If the taps are turned off then it will fail.
Apparently JP Morgan pur up 3.5 billion to finance the project. Henry and the Glaziers seem to be big shareholders or investors in the bank. I can imagine where the idea was conceived...

It didn't take long for the greedy 6 owners' cabal to crack. It will all fall down now. The greedy 6 will have a lot to answer for They should all still be punished - 12 points deduction at the start of the season for a start.

People Power keeps the pyramid and sod off the USA franchises idea Those yanks can splutter on their drinks tonight.
European football next season should not allow the greedy six to factor. 56 years with football coursing in my veins, how long for the owners of the greedy six?
I'm surprised things have collapsed as rapidly as this. I thought they'd hold on until the end of the season and reach an "agreement" with UEFA. These 12 clubs have lost a huge amount of influence they might have held over UEFA. I suppose this at least ensures that the current pyramid football structure will carry on for the next 20 years at least. I would like to think this would put attention back on to the smaller clubs to ensure a Bury, Macclesfield etc can be avoided in future, but somehow I doubt that will happen
As it stands, Leicester, West Ham, Everton, Leeds, Aston Villa and Wolves in the running for the Champions League and the Europa League next year.
