Good evening......... I was just filling in the form today to hand into the Registy Office here in Scotland to obtain my CNI........ It asks for the date i am getting married but I was planning to just go to the City Hall when i get there to Obtain the Marriage Licence....... Can my Fiance do this alone or do I have to be there with her to sign it.... I guess I need to make a date?? Is this sensible without the Mariage Licence yet?? I am going to the Philippines for 6 weeks next month.... I have an apointment booked already at the British Embassy to swap my CNI from here for the local one in the Philippines..... I remember when i went to the Philippines, i forgot to bring my CNI from here and they said it didn't matter as I needed one from Manila anyway.
