I have a partially filled in application form and I am concerned it's not the right one. We are applying under the ten year route. I am up to section 3 finance It is asking if we meet the 18,600. Under the ten year route we don't need to meet it so I am now concerned if I am filling in the right application, beacuse why is it asking that. Also when I now download it says threshold required (18600) I searched for the flr (fp)
only just saw this, but if you dont meet it just click no. We just submitted our application ( we used a solicitor) you select no then in your supporting letter documetns you can state what you actually earn for example we met the requirements prior to covid ( and are very close to meeting them during covid) so explained all in the supporting letters / statements along with my employers letters
Hi thank you. We submitted our document as you said on July 17th. I read after I posted here that if you don't meet the requirements you automatically get accessed for the 10 year route. I was Confused as the guidnotes say to use a different application form so they must be out of date.
