I confess I haven't researched this yet, as the current FLR(M)/BRP doesn't expire until October 2021.

We have been exempt from any FR requirements up until now - FV & 1st FLR(M) - due to me receiving PIP & ESA and my fiancee/wife not being permitted to work.
My wife now works P/T. As long as the rules don't change drastically, will we continue to be exempt from FR? My disability is lifelong so - as long as those rules don't change either - I should continue to receive disability benefits for life!

    Thanks, @bigmac.

Just self-doubt etc creeping in, with my wife now working I was wondering if her income now needs to be counted as part of any future FR - and a deep-seated mistrust of our government! :D

I think it would only need to be counted if it started to impact your disability benefits as@bigmac says your the sponsor carry on as is!

If memory serves me correctly, I believe exemption from the FR requirements is based upon receipt of PIP/DLA, rather than ESA. As the former is not (currently!) means-tested, my wife's - or indeed my own - income/savings should not affect it. Phew!!!
