We are in the process of doing fiancée visa application, I know we have to fill out and submit form VAF4a online and fill out the appendix 2, to submit as part of the application, but do we also fill out the printed version of the VAF4a along with the online version that we will print to submit.
The printed version of VAF4A is for people applying from North Korea who doesn't have online application. Since the Philippines has online application what you will submit is the printed form in the online application. Don't send two, the online and paper form coz you don't need the latter
